About me
My name is Stephanie! But I go by AtarahYahuI am a mother to four and birther to three in a beautifully blended family.
I was born in Panama City, Panama - the country - not the beach down in Florida we wish we could be at right now. I am a native Spanish speaker, a lover of all form of arts, being outdoors, and learning how to balance life as wife, mom, and multi business owner.

why i became a doula?
After experiencing an emotional pregnancy and bittersweet labor with my son it fuel my passion for learning more about and working alongside women during all stages of birth. At the time I was studying Kinesiology and Human nutrition, my focused changed from working with sport athletes to birthing mommy’s!
Im revolutionary in my approach. but you’ll always know I’m on your side.
Truth be told, comfort, friendship, a safe place to voice yourself, while supporting the birth choices you make. As your Doula my sole purpose is to advocate, assist, facilitate and provide useful resources for you to experience the nature of birth that you desire. I believe birthing should be regarded as a sacred moment that we are built for and I would like to support you through that.
Experiencing birth is such a memorable moment in one’s life, I would want to be one of the positive memories surrounding it when you look back. Which I firmly believe would most likely happen with these qualities
