Virtual Doula Services

If you are currently pregnant or about to give birth soon and would like virtual doula services, please reach out and let me know. I know that many are impacted by finances and hospital policies at the moment. I will work with you and we will figure things out together!

    • Free 30 minute initial consultation - Google meet, or phone.

    • 2 Virtual meetings - discuss about your past pregnancies, current pregnancy desires and the options that you have during bump, birth and beyond.

    • Assist creating a birth plan

    • Assist creating your own Birth affirmations - if needed

    • Talk about comfort measures and ways to stay active during pregnancy (if no restrictions of course!)

    • Talk about breastfeeding and infant diet care options

    • Educate on the stages of labor and ways we can prepare you for it

    • I will be available via phone/text in regards to your pregnancy starting from 21 weeks - 6 weeks after birth

    • 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks until your baby is born

    Availability during labor

    • Advise on birth options while answering questions that may arise.

    • Open line of communication with you and any support person there in person.

    1 Postpartum meetings

    • Touch on your birth story and questions that you may have.

    • Provide breastfeeding support answering questions and provide local resource that may be able to assist

    • You will get a PDF copy of your birth planning session options

    • Resource guide I will find for you if you're needing assistance in your local community.

    • After our sessions I create you detailed notes of our sessions so that you can always reference back to when needed.

Working Together Looks Like

It’s pretty simple! As we await your big day or getting our days together to work together.

Discovery Call

We’ll jump on the line to learn about each-other and see if we are a good fit for each other. If so I will send over my contract and we’ll get started!

Virtual session

We’ll have meetings together where we’ll go over any questions you may have. Don’t worry I have our sessions structure to maximize our time together. Get your birth education in and household ready for the birth. We’ll look at your birthing options, wants, and prep for the big day!

Our time together will be recorded - notes and packages beautifully for you to have on hand within 2 weeks after our sessions so you will have a reference point to study as your time nears.

Birth Day

The big day is here! You’ll have me for the duration of your labor experience. I will be a call or text away and give guidance when needed until baby arrives and during your postpartum period following immediately after.
